To schedule an appointment, please call Dr. Milne's office Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 314-392-5001 or fill out the form below.

Please complete your medical history and billing paperwork ahead of time and bring them with you to your office visit. We have made our new patient forms available to you for your convenience.

Because of the high volume of patients that request to see Dr. Milne, we ask that if you need to reschedule your appointment, that you please give us 24 hours notice.
